Leading from not Knowing

Many people in a leadership position believe that they need to know everything in order to lead properly and maintain control in their business or organization. This, however, may be exactly the wrong way to think about leadership, especially in a knowledge based world.

An alternative idea is that, in order to lead truly effectively, a leader needs to "lead from NOT knowing". This article explores this idea, and provides guidelines for a how a person can learn to lead in this way.
